ERA is Earned run average, an average of the number of runs aloud by a pitcher.

DICE takes into account home runs allowed, strikeouts, innings pitched, walks allowed, and hit batters.

It gives a better overall look at your pitchers performance.

I still think we should add it so we don't have too many offence stats compared to pitching stats.

so that's needles penultimate 9th round pick in reality isn't it, let me see if I can change it now otherwise you will need to stay in touch during draft.

plus you'll need to change the last round pick from Johnsmith to Needles ..
