All managers from last year should have received an e-mail inviting you to rejoin, let's see how many we have and we can go from there. If you are interested in joining let me know and we can add you to our waiting list.
I will post settings separately.

I guess that's why we can't make a deal. I see it differently.... You say you have no interest in winning this year. I believe I offered a top pitcher who is having a rough year(injury). Check his career stats. Will be ready to be a top pitcher on your team next year. He was offered for a guy that maybe has 150 career at bats. This looks like the Matt Wieters of last season.........
Mauer McCann Martinez

I agree look at his career stats and count the innings. Also second time in 3 years that that right arm has gotten hurt. If you had draft picks in there plus a young player then I understand it alot more than some burnt out pitcher who just suffered a possible career ending injury. Muscle damage on a pitching arm is not a little thing with a pitcher.
I agree that he could be the next Wieters or he could be the next McCann. The price for Wieters last year was A. Gonzolas, Nolasco, and Maybin. So you can understand why I would want alittle more.

They are both good but McCann is more proven. Wieters still could be the next great catcher but his hype was based more on above power numbers at catcher with a good average in the minors. He will only play at catcher so you lose at bats there plus he also plays on a really bad team.
Posey forcasted as a high average with 20 homer potential and extra at bats at first because of his hitting ability. Would not be suprised to see him like a Victor Martinez style of player that catches 3 times a week and plays the rest of the time at first.
It seems to be the new wave of front line catchers in the Majors. Several young catchers in the minors right now that are of the Victor Martinez mold.
If your worried about McCann I'll take him for Cordero and Cargo plus your 2nd round pick.

I think eventually both Posey and Wietters will both work out.......but not for at least a couple of years.
I am willing to wait, but not give up half my team and still have to wait

I agree both players have the tools to be very good players at the major league level.
The price for high potential catchers was set last year when the Wieters trade happened. John I was asking for half your team just one quarter. lol

I thought it was 8 keepers too.... correct us if we're wrong...
btw, out of the 3 catchers, i like Carlos Santana best now... Posey #2 and then Wieters #3 ... but its all close... i think Santana and Wieters will be more similar hitters ... while Posey will be a high avg hitter with some power (15-20HR) .... while Wieters and Santana might be .280 hitters with 20-30HR power.... we'll see... all 3 are unproven but i like their pedigree..
and one last thing.. i like the AWESOME pickup... CHRIS DAVIS ... i actually thought about picking him up for ted lilly when the smoak trade happened... and then... someone beat me to it...

Anyone interested in Kendry Morales (1B), Mike Napoli (C/1B), Adam Jones (OF) for an upgraded pitcher, closer or picks?
Send an offer please!, I would really like to move Morales.

I agree Urbz both Wieters and Sanatana have higher power potential but I think it will be more like Wieters .260 25 to 30 HR and Sanatana .280 with 20 to 25 HR. He is in between Posey and Wieters but might be the best catcher of the 3. The only real knock on Sanatana is he wasn't even considered a strong prospect in L.A.'s system until the year he was traded to Cleveland. But they have had alot of success with developing players just look at Cliff Lee and Grady Sizemore. Sizemore was hit .200 at A ball when he came to the Indians.
When I heard that Lee was going to the Yankees I was going to pick up that young catcher when I got home. Logged in to my computer and suddenly it was Lee to Texas. Couldn't pick up Davis fast enough. I just hope he keeps his 3B eligability or I have a log jam at 1B again. lol But the guy I am really happy I got was Laporta now that Cleveland stopped dicking around with him. He has 40 plus homer potential. Only reason he is still not in Milwaukee is Braun and Fielder. No room for him to play.
Ku sent you an offer the other day. Lets talk I am not giving up picks but Dotel is very available. I do have some interest in Adam don't call me Pacman Jones.
Also will accept offers on Adam Dunn folks but he is not going to be free or cheap. Players plus a 1st round pick for sure. He has multi position availability and should hit 40 HR again this year.
Send those offers because I am open for business.
