i have a 55 gallon tank with about 25 fish in it. Range from 1" to 3.5" there all doing good but i want there colours to be more vibrant and want them to remain healthy and active as well. I need help from you pros to give me advice on what type of food you choose to feed your fish. The brand and type , example (flake food) i want my fish to benefit as much as possible.

What gives you the impression I am forum bashing? I was just pointing to a link where sunny231 would be better served for his specific type of questions. We all provide helpful links where warranted.

 From sunny231's reaction it should be obvious to everyone he is very upset with some members comments and it is not over my comments so why are you picking on me.

No one wants a midget size problem to tower over every opinion so why escalate it.
Not too long ago someone posted PN was brain dead so to suggest there is plenty of bowel movement now  should be taken as a compliment.

You got to be kidding, wetpet. This site is as dead as a doormat. A great injustice has been committed. I am on GTA as well ( the home of the ninja )and I see the same members from PN but none of them are calling for his banning there and are even pretty respectful when challenged by the infamous ninja. It speaks volumes for the moderators on GTA. They can tell the difference between a master contributor and a bunch of master baiters who have since bailed out.

Yes I have noticed BN on GTA Aquaria and he is being a lot more polite and obeying the the rules as well as showing respect to other members. When he was on PN he had to ridicule members and make rude comments. So maybe by being banned from PN he has learned a valuable lesson, to be involved in site you must respect other members without bashing them. PN is still the best site out there regardless of what other sites do. The moderators might have been a little slow in re-acting to some things, but they do a great job enforcing the rules. We have sensible, mature members with a lot of knowledge on PN. Many that have been in the hobby for a lot of years, unlike some who have been in the hobby a short time and think that they know it all. This is what these sites are meant to be for, people who help people succeed in the hobby.

I'm pretty sure that Justintime is BN and I've ignored him ever since he got the banstick last time on PN.

You can buy NLS in the store.  I prefer the 1mm pellets unless I'm feeding large fish.  I just use the standard cichlid mix, I think it may even be for Africans.  Its a great product and I highly recommend it!

Several post in classified on NLS sellers. They are much cheaper that the LFS and most carry the full range of NLS products. Yes there are different types and come in several size pellets. For small fish(guppys etc.), for fry (NLS grow), 1mm for the regular cichlids, 2mm for medium to large fish and 3mm for the big guys.

thank you very much ! I am starting to get stressed ... I am going to big als tomorrow for RO water and will grab a couple sizes . its only for 2 months so I dont need huge amounts . there are a few huge pleco's in there but I have that covered ! what are africans ?
